Two hours is too long of a wait for an oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I waited another 30 minutes after my car was ready because my advisor was busy with another customer. Beware of additional charges or things wrong with your car! My car had to get towed here and this is why I hate dealerships. AVOID ALL DEALERSHIPS. I told AutoNation SPECIFICALLY only change out my tire that needed replaced. I already had the engine light checked and it was just a faulty sensor, no big deal. When I get my car back later on that day my alternator light mysteriously started coming on and off when I would start my car. Hmm, I wonder if they messed with something to make it to where I would have to come back in so they could fix it? I check my battery and right when I open my trunk the compartment is open with the cover laying in the middle of my trunk. Right away I knew someone had been in there, it doesnt just fall off and I was just in my trunk before I had to get my car towed and the cover was on and fine. Now all of a sudden I have a bad alternator not getting enough voltage from the battery to run my car effectively. Ridiculous, especially since I've replaced the alternator before and the battery is semi new as well. This is EXACTLY why I do not trust dealerships and why you should stay away! This happens or add ons or things all of a sudden are broken or need fixed when you bring to a dealership. I highly recommend finding a trustworthy local shop who wants your business the right way so you come back, now initiating things to make you come back. More

HORRIBLE My car was went in for overheating issues, after a bad first experience I wrote a negative review on the email survey I was sent. Only to end up havin My car was went in for overheating issues, after a bad first experience I wrote a negative review on the email survey I was sent. Only to end up having to take it back 9 days after getting my car back for the same issues. They are denying that the cause was related to the original repairs so they don't have to take responsibility. After saying I wanted the number for the corporate office the service manager told me he to look up the number myself and that he wanted me to pick up my car because he had "the right" to refuse my repairs because I wanted to complain. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Horrible customer service! More
