I took my car to AutoNation Cadillac for service and showed the Service Advisor the extended warranty. Service Advisor Keilynn Barizonte told me that the Limited Motor Vehicle warranty from Sheehan Cadi showed the Service Advisor the extended warranty. Service Advisor Keilynn Barizonte told me that the Limited Motor Vehicle warranty from Sheehan Cadillac was voided by the dealership. Later, we contacted Sheehan Cadillac and the warranty company. The warranty company told us that AutoNation never contacted them about a claim and the warranty was in effect. The Service Advisor lied. Also, they keep our car over night to detail it because the didn't have a chance to complete it the day before. When I went to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready. So, I told them I wanted my car back. The advisor refused and said I had to pay for the detail even though it wasn't done and refused to give me my car. I paid for the detail and had to wait an hour for them to complete the detail. Terrible service, terrible communications, and liars. More
