When I bring in my car I am greeted quickly, They show me to the waiting room and in a few minutes my service advisor comes in and reviews what needs to be done. Gives me a real time frame for getting the ca to the waiting room and in a few minutes my service advisor comes in and reviews what needs to be done. Gives me a real time frame for getting the car back to me. It is usually ready early. When you pick up the car they explain what looks like it may need attention in the future. The waiting room is very clean. My service advisor Steve is always pleasant and very helpful. Great service dept. John R More

I took my car to AutoNation Cadillac for service and showed the Service Advisor the extended warranty. Service Advisor Keilynn Barizonte told me that the Limited Motor Vehicle warranty from Sheehan Cadi showed the Service Advisor the extended warranty. Service Advisor Keilynn Barizonte told me that the Limited Motor Vehicle warranty from Sheehan Cadillac was voided by the dealership. Later, we contacted Sheehan Cadillac and the warranty company. The warranty company told us that AutoNation never contacted them about a claim and the warranty was in effect. The Service Advisor lied. Also, they keep our car over night to detail it because the didn't have a chance to complete it the day before. When I went to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready. So, I told them I wanted my car back. The advisor refused and said I had to pay for the detail even though it wasn't done and refused to give me my car. I paid for the detail and had to wait an hour for them to complete the detail. Terrible service, terrible communications, and liars. More
