I do recommend the sales department, that being said, I definitely do not recommend the service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service back in December 2021 and still can’t get a call back from t definitely do not recommend the service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service back in December 2021 and still can’t get a call back from the manager, Robert about the issues I am still having with my car. I am having trouble with the Brembo brakes and a smell coming from the air conditioner, which he is aware of. A part was supposed to be ordered for the air conditioner which hasn’t happened and apparently Brembo brakes are supposed to sound like a fog horn because they are high performance brakes (this is what I was told by Jackson, my service advisor). This is my third Cadillac from AutoNation and I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I have received. A call back doesn’t take much and to listen to your customers is what service is all about. More

We first met with a warranty recall and Auto Nation was so accommodating with drop off and pick-up at my home . My service advisor Kaylynn was very knowledgeable as l own 2 Tire and Auto Centers in MA.for so accommodating with drop off and pick-up at my home . My service advisor Kaylynn was very knowledgeable as l own 2 Tire and Auto Centers in MA.for over 40 years . I noted that l was disappointed about no nite time headlite vision and she steered me in the right direction for a $500 discount .l have always strived to earn my customers trust and Auto Nation and Kaylynn has earned mine .
