I came into the dealership with no appointment because I had something in my tire and I wanted to get it checked out. They took me right in without question. I bought my vehicle from Autonation with warranty. Every time I go for service they claim there is something else wrong that isn’t covered. I do recommend the sales department, that being said, I definitely do not recommend the service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service back in December 2021 and still can’t get a call back from t definitely do not recommend the service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service back in December 2021 and still can’t get a call back from the manager, Robert about the issues I am still having with my car. I am having trouble with the Brembo brakes and a smell coming from the air conditioner, which he is aware of. A part was supposed to be ordered for the air conditioner which hasn’t happened and apparently Brembo brakes are supposed to sound like a fog horn because they are high performance brakes (this is what I was told by Jackson, my service advisor). This is my third Cadillac from AutoNation and I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I have received. A call back doesn’t take much and to listen to your customers is what service is all about. More
