In all my years of owning a vehicle and dealing with service departments this is hands down the absolute worst one. From the service advisor up to the service manager they could not care less about you service departments this is hands down the absolute worst one. From the service advisor up to the service manager they could not care less about you or your vehicle. If all you need is an oil change or tire rotation you should be okay but don’t expect to be treated as though you own a luxury vehicle. Any other service is completely beyond the capabilities of this service department and mechanics. There is zero oversight of what is happening in the department. Completely avoid Kailynn, She will leave for the weekend or vacation and not communicate the status of your vehicle to anyone much less the customer. Her manager Robert is equally incompetent and when you try to communicate with him he will not even act as though he cares; honestly at least give the appearance you give a darn and not just a blank stare/annoyed luck when talking to the customer. My vehicle was at the dealership for almost 45 days and although that was partially due to waiting on an engine It became clear that at one point my vehicle was simply forgotten about by Kailynn and her supervisor was not monitoring. To add insult to injury my vehicle was returned to me with grease all over the interior, a broken seatbelt and missing trim from the hood. Is this how you want a dealership to treat your vehicle? Wouldn’t it have behooved someone to do a quality check before releasing the vehicle back to the customer? And if in fact you took photos of the vehicle when it came in why would I have to point out that it’s not leaving in the same condition? I could certainly go on but this is the best representation of my many visits to this service department. Suffice it to say I will never own another Cadillac much less utilize AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach after I am rid of this vehicle. More

I usually trust AutoNation maintenance with my vehicle; however I was disappointed when I went for an oil change and tire rotation I noticed the oil reset percentage was still down to 15% I had to reset it however I was disappointed when I went for an oil change and tire rotation I noticed the oil reset percentage was still down to 15% I had to reset it myself. I also noticed my tires air pressure was way off. Obviously they didn’t check it or finish the job completely.. This is not what I expect from Auto Nation. I would appreciate a response to this. I have been at this dealership since I bought the car there 2017. Never has there been a problem with service and I appreciate my regular sales person. I was late on service upkeep, during covid drove there 2017. Never has there been a problem with service and I appreciate my regular sales person. I was late on service upkeep, during covid drove very little. Finally, I brought the car in for service. I was there 3 hours with a big bill which I expected. My daughter noticed the fab needed a battery replacement, which I did there on the same day. Last week I went to Publix and the car would not start, needed someone to help me get the car key out of the container! For me this was a huge problem situation as I could not get the fob to open. I had to stop a stranger in Publix lot to help me get the fob open. The same day I ordered 4 new tires and they ride TERRIBLLE. More
