I have been at this dealership since I bought the car there 2017. Never has there been a problem with service and I appreciate my regular sales person. I was late on service upkeep, during covid drove very little. Finally, I brought the car in for service. I was there 3 hours with a big bill which I expected. My daughter noticed the fab needed a battery replacement, which I did there on the same day. Last week I went to Publix and the car would not start, needed someone to help me get the car key out of the container! For me this was a huge problem situation as I could not get the fob to open. I had to stop a stranger in Publix lot to help me get the fob open. The same day I ordered 4 new tires and they ride TERRIBLLE. More

I came into the dealership with no appointment because I had something in my tire and I wanted to get it checked out. They took me right in without question.
