I brought my SRX in for two service visits recently. Mark was my service advisor for both visits and he couldn't have been nicer. Very happy they alerted me to that and fixed it. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean. It has a coffee machine, water, snacks and a TV. I would highly recommend this dealership for service.
