He ensured all of the work to be done was explained to me prior to the work being done and because I was as always, in getting my cadillac serviced. Do not understand why it takes so long to talk to the service adviser when dropping the car off for service appointment when I've listed the reason for the visit in advance on line & over the phone. The service advisor was excellent. He took the time to sit down and explain clearly what they were checking and why, and he provided a video of the parts involved.
