To be honest I thought the corporate office would investigate my complaint and find their dealership at fault but it seems as though profits by any means is more important than honesty and integrity. Absolutely the worst service department in Palm Beach County. Went for a simple oil change and got ripped off. The Service manager Robert Lanier stopped responding to me so I complained to AutoNation cor County. Went for a simple oil change and got ripped off. It’s been over a month and after they promised to complete a review I have not heard back from them ! There are better Cadillac service departments at Wallace Cadillac and Ed Morse Cadillac. Don’t trust a dealership that lies. More
Hands down the worst service department in palm Beach County. Prices for most work is by far more than Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray and more than Wallace Cadillac in Stuart. I received a coupon in the mai County. Prices for most work is by far more than Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray and more than Wallace Cadillac in Stuart. I received a coupon in the mail and assumed all the local Cadillac dealers charged the same for maintenance , boy was I wrong. Even with a $20.00 off coupon I paid almost $40.00 more than the other dealers. I had my oil changed and without asking they added $38.00 for an oil treatment. Do yourselves a favor don't use AutoNation Cadillac in West Palm Beach service department! More

The older gentleman, I guess he does the valet, because I was told to bring my ticket to him to retrieve my car from service…unfortunately, he wasn’t so nice, but we all have bad days and he must’ve been having one. He was unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that I had a question….even a small smile would’ve been nice. My car was fixed as quickly as Possible and getting a loaner care and returning it was super easy. More

Took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV in for a vibration concern, after 3 plus months and several parts replaced later, my problem has not been solved. I’m still trying to reach my service writer and/or the concern, after 3 plus months and several parts replaced later, my problem has not been solved. I’m still trying to reach my service writer and/or the service director, and neither are returning my calls to help resolve the issue. I’ve reached out to Cadillac corporate and started a case, and they are the only ones I have heard from, they check in weekly, and they have tried reaching the service director at the dealership, and they have had no luck reaching them too. Very disappointed with this dealership and their business practices. More
