My XT5 broke down with 22,000. I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they have checked it in and could not tell me what was wrong with it yet and they had no loaner vehicles. They called the next day at 12 and said they found out what was wrong with the car and would send me a driver to take me to Enterprise for a rental as they still had no loaner cars. However, could not guarantee what kind of car was available for rental. More

unfortunately, I have yet to receive the car I original ordered. They sold us a lemon, had NO word on the condition of the car for a month. Every visit requires a lot of waiting. The agents appear to be very busy on the phones while customers arrive at their service appt. times. The woman that makes appointments over the phone isn’t aware that there is extra wait time for service of EV autos since there is only one qualified repairman.Very surprising to pick up our 3 wk old Lyriq very dirty from sitting out side after they had it for a week. Arrived on time for my 10am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there almost 3 hours. I think that is just too long of a wait time when you have an appointment. The sales representative was responsive. I drove in from out of town (four hours) to purchase the car. I didn’t like though that it was not disclosed until after I signed the initial paperw I drove in from out of town (four hours) to purchase the car. I didn’t like though that it was not disclosed until after I signed the initial paperwork that there was only one key fob. I was told it would be $100-$200 to get another one. I called my local Cadillac dealer to find out it is $391, all in cost. Then the bugs I found on the car (while there to purchase) I thought was a small/isolated problem ended up being an infestation and still after over a week, I am still killing them in and outside the car. They had the car since July and in there showroom so you can’t tell me they didn’t know it was an issue. They also had time to make another key fob. I also thought it was odd that no one outside of the sales rep and finance rep (bought in cash) were the only two people I met. You would have thought someone in management would have thanked me for my business after purchasing a $31k+ car. I sent these complaints to the general manager upon receiving his thank you email but still have not heard from him. More
