I am happy with the purchase. I had 3 issues which are in the process of being addressed. The moon roof shade, the rear view mirror camera, and no key for the locking wheel lug nu I had 3 issues which are in the process of being addressed. The employees I have dealt with at AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach were all courteous and very professional. Jim Kaplan made the purchasing process easy and stress free. Bill was very helpful in helping me connect with Jackson in the service department. Jackson ordered the moon roof shade replacement and explained and answered all my questions. I would recommend AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach to my friends. More

My XT5 broke down with 22,000. I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they have checked it in and could not tell me what was wrong with it yet and they had no loaner vehicles. They called the next day at 12 and said they found out what was wrong with the car and would send me a driver to take me to Enterprise for a rental as they still had no loaner cars. However, could not guarantee what kind of car was available for rental. More

unfortunately, I have yet to receive the car I original ordered. They sold us a lemon, had NO word on the condition of the car for a month.
