This is the second time I've had a most wonderful experience with Perry D'Alelio and Maroone Cadillac. My first experience was the best I'd ever had at a dealership and when it came time to replace experience with Perry D'Alelio and Maroone Cadillac. After only a few emails and a phone call, my new SRX was waiting for me. In less than an hour, everything was taken care of, Perry oriented me on the new features of the vehicle and we were on our way. Local dealers have tried, but no one can touch the service and price I get from Perry and Maroone Cadillac. I'll never mind making the 90 mile round trip as it's most important to me to do business with fair and honest people. He didn't try to manipulate and never asked that awful question "what do we have to do to get you into this car?" I have bought BMW's. Mercedes,Chryslers and Audis from reputable dealers but Eric and the team at Maroone outshined them all. He listened and delivered from our first encounter online through the 45 minutes he spent after the sale, patiently explaining how to operate my new SRX. It's one thing to have a great product, and you do. It is another thing to have a someone like Eric to help me make an informed decision about a $40,000-plus purchase. This was far and above the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I honestly was blown away by the process. Eric was extremely responsive, professional and efficient.
