Left a $500 deposit on a used 2007 Cadillac DTS and 30 minutes later I received a phone call for John Rogers the sales manager of the dealership and was told that the wheels on the car I just left a depo minutes later I received a phone call for John Rogers the sales manager of the dealership and was told that the wheels on the car I just left a deposit on were promised to a prior customer that purchased a car there 2 days prior. I explained to the manager John Rogers that I wanted the car with the wheels that were on it but he refused to let me have them and offered me a set of inferior wheels in their place. His attitude was very unprofessional and I purchased the same car at another cadillac dealership for a lower price and with more honest sales people. I would recommend them to people who have a lot of time & money to waste. More

After only a few emails and a phone call, my new SRX was waiting for me. In less than an hour, everything was taken care of, Perry oriented me on the new features of the vehicle and we were on our way. I'll never mind making the 90 mile round trip as it's most important to me to do business with fair and honest people. He didn't try to manipulate and never asked that awful question "what do we have to do to get you into this car?" I have bought BMW's. Mercedes,Chryslers and Audis from reputable dealers but Eric and the team at Maroone outshined them all. He listened and delivered from our first encounter online through the 45 minutes he spent after the sale, patiently explaining how to operate my new SRX. It's one thing to have a great product, and you do. It is another thing to have a someone like Eric to help me make an informed decision about a $40,000-plus purchase.
