I called in looking for some info on an Escalade and was connected to Perry D'elio. I gave him my trade info and he got back to me promptly w a fair price and I took the trip from Boca to West Palm. I am very glad I did...the truck was waiting as promised from another location and the deal was made. The F&I experience was very professional and quick including the pricing of a new set of tires and wheels that were installed the next week. I was given a loaner SRX which was so nice we will probably wind up getting one as well. The next trip was to have some minor bodywork done,which was graciously taken care of by Perry,as well as the window tint that was done while I waited. Again I was given a loaner and a gas voucher for my travel time and effort which was very generous and much appreciated. I have owned 6 Cadillacs from various S.FLorida dealers but have to say the customer service and attention from Perry D. and the Maroone staff in general was top shelf. During the last week of September I received a phone call from Perry D'Alelio who had previously sold me my new 2009 Escalade Hybrid SUV. I was pleased with the car in every respect but Perry knew that I l from Perry D'Alelio who had previously sold me my new 2009 Escalade Hybrid SUV. I was pleased with the car in every respect but Perry knew that I liked to trade around every 3-4 years. He called me and scheduled an appointment for me to drive in from Wellington on a Saturday morning. He showed me a new 2013 Escalade but basically there weren't many differences between my old car and the new model. Then he showed me a 2013 Cadillac XTS and I immediately knew that this was the car for my wife and myself. He engaged me in very fair negotiation and then answsered all my questions and got me an adequate test ride of the new vehicle. He stayed with me until that afternoon for the completion of my paperwork with your business manager. He also made certain that my wife and I understand all of the controls and operations of this very high tech new vehicle. All in all I am extraordinarily pleased with Maroone Cadillac and its new modernized facility and with the expertise and friendliness of its staff. Perry D'Alelio exemplifies the type and quality of employee which makes the buying experience enjoyable. My experience started by describing on the phone to Sherry Marquis what my must haves were and what I was looking for as well as my concerns. She called me back a bit later and we narrowed things down a bit more. We also discussed my trade in. It's very rare that someone much less a sales person actually listens to you and takes what you describe and translates that into exactly what you're looking for. Now, I live and work about 50 miles away from this dealership but the trip was well worth it. When I arrived Clive Watson was waiting with a 2 door and 4 door CTS parked out front for me to test drive. While Clive and I went on our test drive David Wolfe took my trade in for a test drive to make sure it was what I had described on the phone. When I arrived back at the dealership we got to work on the paperwork and then I met with PJ. He had me laughing the entire time and I almost forgot I was signing my life away. I appreciated the time he took in describing all the possible coverages and add ons with me. I was in and out in an hour and a half and I'm now a proud Caddy owner. My experience was well worth the hour drive in both directions! If you had to choose between Maroone and another dealer in the area I would say call Maroone all the way! More

Left a $500 deposit on a used 2007 Cadillac DTS and 30 minutes later I received a phone call for John Rogers the sales manager of the dealership and was told that the wheels on the car I just left a depo minutes later I received a phone call for John Rogers the sales manager of the dealership and was told that the wheels on the car I just left a deposit on were promised to a prior customer that purchased a car there 2 days prior. I explained to the manager John Rogers that I wanted the car with the wheels that were on it but he refused to let me have them and offered me a set of inferior wheels in their place. His attitude was very unprofessional and I purchased the same car at another cadillac dealership for a lower price and with more honest sales people. I would recommend them to people who have a lot of time & money to waste. More
