He took us on several test drives and demonstrated a wide range of knowledge for the Cadillac brand and functions of various models. His follow-up was helpful and not pushy. Starting with Dan Byerly in sales. Very informative and knowledgable about the car during the test drive and at no time had to feel the "sales pitch". After I decided on the car I wanted Jackson Hughes in finance went to work getting me a great rate and going over all of my warranty options in a fast and timely way. Finally GM Vivian Parks personally came in at the end of the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and answer any questions I might have. I have to say that the level of service here is just something you don't find in South Florida. Got a new srx 2013 for wife and he had to come back to my office and re do the whole paper work. Only to find out that on the lease that I turned in, they never paid off US Bank on time which resulted me in office and re do the whole paper work.
