Two hours is too long of a wait for an oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I waited another 30 minutes after my car was ready because my advisor was busy with another customer. Beware of additional charges or things wrong with your car! My car had to get towed here and this is why I hate dealerships. AVOID ALL DEALERSHIPS. I told AutoNation SPECIFICALLY only change out my tire that ne My car had to get towed here and this is why I hate dealerships. AVOID ALL DEALERSHIPS. I told AutoNation SPECIFICALLY only change out my tire that needed replaced. I already had the engine light checked and it was just a faulty sensor, no big deal. When I get my car back later on that day my alternator light mysteriously started coming on and off when I would start my car. Hmm, I wonder if they messed with something to make it to where I would have to come back in so they could fix it? I check my battery and right when I open my trunk the compartment is open with the cover laying in the middle of my trunk. Right away I knew someone had been in there, it doesnt just fall off and I was just in my trunk before I had to get my car towed and the cover was on and fine. Now all of a sudden I have a bad alternator not getting enough voltage from the battery to run my car effectively. Ridiculous, especially since I've replaced the alternator before and the battery is semi new as well. This is EXACTLY why I do not trust dealerships and why you should stay away! This happens or add ons or things all of a sudden are broken or need fixed when you bring to a dealership. I highly recommend finding a trustworthy local shop who wants your business the right way so you come back, now initiating things to make you come back. More
Richard Williams lied Richard Williams The finance manager , is now ignoring my emails, when he deliberately knew that my husband and I were bringing in our plates to trans Richard Williams The finance manager , is now ignoring my emails, when he deliberately knew that my husband and I were bringing in our plates to transfer to our new vehicle we were purchasing, when we arrived it was 5 minutes before closing (4 hour drive from the Keys), we look at the contract and it has a new plate fee, he wouldn’t type up a new contract, fixing the new plate charge, instead of a plate transfer. He tried telling us the state would reimburse us. When I reached out to him since it’s been 4 months and the state has not reimbursed us, he apologized and said he didn’t know this was happening....when in fact he’s the one that originally told us this BS about the state reimbursing us etc. he then goes to say in the email anything over $150 automatically goes to the finance company which is also BS. Luckily I was at the dmv Friday & told them exactly what Richard did with my plates , they advised me to contact title services at the dealership & they also stated it was a very dumb move on his end considering we have sheriffs license plates. If you like people trying to take advantage of your hard earned dollar go here, otherwise stand clear! More

Beware This dealership make promises that they do not uphold. They will tell you anything to sell a car. Instead of upholding their promises they will give you the run around. The used car manager Carlos and the used car salesman Gino Julian does not return phone cars once a sale is complete. You would think a large deanship like Automation would have great customer service and would keep the promises made to customers but they do not. If you buy a car from this dealership be sure to get everything in writing. I will never buy a car from an automation dealership again. Its a shame Carlos will send a email with his number but when you call he never answers. If you go to the dealership you will find the salesman gathered around talking and Carlos just sitting in his office but no one can answer or return phone cars. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated after spending over $65,000 at this dealership. More
