I brought my SRX in for two service visits recently. Mark was my service advisor for both visits and he couldn't have been nicer. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and kept checking back Mark was my service advisor for both visits and he couldn't have been nicer. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and kept checking back to let me know the progress. The first time was for a recall - and the service dept found a nail in my tire. Very happy they alerted me to that and fixed it. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean. It has a coffee machine, water, snacks and a TV. I would highly recommend this dealership for service.
