Mike Jolly made us feel so comfortable and didn't hesitate to explain all of the features of our new vehicle and not only explain them, but demonstrate them. He was also a scholar showing us some of the hidden features which you probably would never discover until miles and miles down the road. His customer service was impeccable and his demeanor was extremely professional and extremely warm and welcoming. He treated my wife with the utmost respect and answered every question we had with extreme patience. Our outstanding experience was follow up with Customer Financial Service Director, Hoss Moghtadaie. He made us feel comfortable, healthy with a battery information. He transitioned our questions with confident answers. He tailored our needs to meet our budget and in the end, delivered us a safe protective package. All of these unexpected niceties made our experience one that will be memorable and one that will make us come back.
