The reason I do not go to the dealership for anything other than warranty items is because everything takes forever to get completed. The attention to detail is severely lacking. The buying experience an other than warranty items is because everything takes forever to get completed. The attention to detail is severely lacking. The buying experience and service experience are diabolically different. It took almost three hours to get two appliqués fixed on my window. Without asking me, they were going to change my oil then charge me when I didn’t ask for that and can do it myself for a fraction of the cost. Both times I have brought my car in it has not been washed because it took so long to fix my car I didn’t have time to wait around for that as well. The timing of everything is just ridiculous. It shouldn’t take almost three hours to fix two appliqués on the windows. The service man was very nice, but the service is extremely lacking and not time efficient. More
