The Sales Department is great. The service for vehicles are terrible. 5 day wait for vehicles to be serviced is horrible. We have never dealt with service like this in all our days of servicing our vehicles. This is a huge turn off for those that wants to purchase vehicles from Cadillac Auto Nation because the service is extremely horrible. Maybe you all can come up with a better solution of better service. More

The various administrative fees that they charge are quite a bit more than those shown on Autonation on line listings and their only explanation is that they have no control. Sale took over three hours Also they don't disclose in adds that warranty covered work has $100 deductible if you go to another Autonation dealer. I live3 hours away from their location. Gave me two keyfobs. One of which needed a battery. Not a pleasant experience. More
