When truck was dropped off. Price for service was quoted at $179. When vehicle was picked up, there was an additional charge of $26.97 for Misc. Charges. When challenged, the Price for service was quoted at $179. When vehicle was picked up, there was an additional charge of $26.97 for Misc. Charges. When challenged, the cashier politely stated that this always a charge. I asked to speak to the service manager. I explained by point of view to him, expressing my displeasure. He offered to refund the $26.97 but I declined. I believe this is a system problem that needs to be addressed. More

I was very pleased with my service advisor Russell Mcilwain, he constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the repair of my vehicle and also had to deal with my warranty company. I even got to Mcilwain, he constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the repair of my vehicle and also had to deal with my warranty company. I even got to speak to the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle. When do you ever see that? I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands and was repaired correctly without a doubt.
