Although I had an appointment with Richard Felan, he completely ignored me for over 10 minutes while on a phone call. Then when I asked him how long it would take for the oil change he looked disgusted completely ignored me for over 10 minutes while on a phone call. Then when I asked him how long it would take for the oil change he looked disgusted and said they were backed up. He pointed to the parts desk and said "well see the lady over there to reschedule." Zero customer service skills. Fortunately Anna Rodriguez stepped in and took care of me immediately! She saved my relationship with this dealer by being a human being and respecting me as a customer.
