I took my truck in for an Oil Change and a tire rotation today and was deeply disappointed with the sloppy job that was done. First and foremost, $160 for an oil change is pretty outrageous in my opinion.,,, But because i was already there I went ahead and agreed to move forward. Dealership took about a couple of hours to complete this task. I paid and made my way home. Later in the evening, I decided to open the hood and check the oil levels and fluids to ensure that the service was done accordingly. I was extremely disappointed when i found that the OIL CAP was gone . I later found it on the base of the front grill. There was oil residue on the base of the reservoir and it had spilled and wasn't cleaned. I then decided to look at the oil level of by checking the dip stick and it was at the lowest point of the dip stick. I was furious by then and decided to call the dealership. I spoke with a girl named Connie, she told me that all management had left for the day and to call back Monday. I will never go back to this dealership again. I have lost confidence in their ability to work on my 2021 Silverado. It's not so much about the money, It's more about the principal. If anyone takes their vehicle in for service, You expect them to do it right. NOT FORGET to place a FREAKING OIL CAP back on ! and at least fill with that darn truck back with an acceptable oil level. I'm still pissed as I'm writing this review ! Took 9 hours to change the oil and perform a battery check on my vehicle, even with an appointment set. Was informed to head back to the dealership and that my car would be ready. Arrived and was then check on my vehicle, even with an appointment set. Was informed to head back to the dealership and that my car would be ready. Arrived and was then told that my car was being worked on and that it would be 20 more minutes. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my vehicle. Asked for my starter to be checked when I dropped it off.... it was not checked. More
