Initially the service that I received in regards to my Escalade was less than due lack of transparency on explanation of issues/concerns we were experiencing with my car. After some phone calls with Mr. John and meeting with Mr. Randy head of the service dept. it appears we are back on track to meeting the expectations set by the Cadillac brand. From the brief interactions and discussions I have had with Mr. Randy he does appear to go above and beyond to meet the needs & expectations of his customers which is a very positive thing for this dealership. As we all know in the automotive market we always have a choice of who we select to work with and what brand we choice to purchase. We chose the Cadillac brand and now with the new efforts put forth by Mr. Randy, Mr. John, and their staff we are choosing to keep doing business with AutoNation Chevrolet Cadillac Corpus Christi. My name is Raul Lopez JR and I purchased my brand NEW 2022 Chevy Silverado (LAST FOUR OF VIN 7660) from AutoNation south on November 21st 2022 and it broke down on December 20th 2022. Brought it in immediately as instructed and was told by service advisor David Flores that they don't do loaner vehicles. When I arrived they stated I had to make an appointment. So I drove a damaged vehicle as it was my only transportation. When my appointment came they again refused to get me a vehicle. I told my sales rep Jesse and he said, "I dont work in Service, and Im off today. Thank you".. If you want terrible service after the fact and left with no vehicle when their new vehicle breaks down this is your place. They will leave you without a car in a minute!!! More
