Our vehicle which has about 20,000 miles was taken to AutoNation on Monday for service due to brakes not working. We were told our vehicle would be ready by Thursday. Anna Rodriguez is to keep us updat AutoNation on Monday for service due to brakes not working. We were told our vehicle would be ready by Thursday. Anna Rodriguez is to keep us updated on the progress of our vehicle. She refused to give us loaner options even though our vehicle is under warranty. Here we are a week later, and after several attempts to reach her, she says our vehicle hasn’t been looked at. Anna Rodriguez has been extremely unprofessional and condescending. We are highly dissatisfied with the service we have been given. More
