Isaac, our salesman, was wonderful. He was very helpful and responsive, spending several days taking calls and texting back and forth to complete the process. Albert, the Finance Manage He was very helpful and responsive, spending several days taking calls and texting back and forth to complete the process. Albert, the Finance Manager, is terrible. He repeatedly refused to work with our lender, and tried to force us to use Autonation's financing. We had to call another Autonation location to confirm that Autonation's policies do allow them to work with our lender's requirements. Albert only agreed to work with out lender after we told him the other location offered to process the sale of this vehicle for us, and if he continued to refuse, we would purchase the same vehicle from the other location. Even then, after we had everything approved and almost finalized, he refused to send our lender a copy of the title so that they could verify that all liens had been removed. I had to threaten a second time to go to the other Autonation location to finalize the sale. He immediately relented and sent the copy of the title. Our lender has worked with Autonation in the past with no problems, so the issue was clearly not based on Autonation's policies. Albert was just being difficult. More
