Bad Bad Bad experience with this service dept, again! ! As soon as I got there no one greeted me and the guy who checked me in (that was sitting next to David) was arguing with me that I didn't need an oi ! As soon as I got there no one greeted me and the guy who checked me in (that was sitting next to David) was arguing with me that I didn't need an oil change. It is not HIS car so if I want to pay for an oil change they should not argue but I was nice and professional because I work at a boat dealership so I know service writers do not have an easy job. But No communication what so ever and the lady who answers the phone was even rude, put me on hold while I was still talking to her because my service writer did not call me all day. He kept my vehicle overnight without even informing me!!!! I had bought a vehicle years ago from Auto Nation Cadillac and had the worst service then and swore I would never go back even though I had pre-paid for oil changes, never went back to get them. Years later I wanted to give y'all another try hoping you were better BUT NOPE! I just bought a brand New Cadillac Blackwing and I wanted to make sure I took it to someone that knows the brand but I doubt I will go back. More
