This dealer had my car from May 31 until July 12, 2022 for a 13 hour job of replacing the head gasket. They kept telling me it would be done then when the day came it was not done. This went on for week for a 13 hour job of replacing the head gasket. They kept telling me it would be done then when the day came it was not done. This went on for weeks. They told me my car was top priority and then said that they had people come in from out of state and their cars were done first because these people were on vacation. They thought since they gave me a loaner car 3 weeks in to the ordeal I should be happy. They do not communicate with the costumer by calling at letting you know when your car would be fixed. I or my husband were the ones calling to find out what was going on. I tried for a week to get a hold of the service manager and finally the reception Karen hand delivered a message to him and he finally called me and said my car would be done the next Monday and it was a week later when I finally got it back. When I went to get my care the General Manager showed up and apologized and gave us a discount. She did follow up a week later to see how things were going.. I did call Buick Cooperate customer service and they never got back to me either. Poor Customer service More

Service manager heard the issue and confirmed that they would fix it, he said he would follow up with another appointment and after a week of waiting I had to call in to ask. Honestly, they didn't seem to want to work on truck because another GMC dealer/service previously worked on it. They told me to contact my previous GMC service department because they would know better. More
The estimatation process is not quite adequate based upon the total work anticipated. Makes for a surprise coat in the end. Auto Nation GMC Denverwest was prompt with the repairs even though it took over 4 weeks to complete . The service department was professional, friendly and kept me informed through the repair process th even though it took over 4 weeks to complete .
