We sought evaluation of a strange noise encountered on a cross country road trip. On a Saturday afternoon we pulled into AutoNation GMC, without an appointment, and service director Ben Dackiewicz diagnose cross country road trip. He ordered the necessary parts and arranged a return service appointment at my convenience. At that follow up appointment, not only was the problem remedied, they did an additional oil change and still had me out the door and back on the road BEFORE my appointed service appointment time. All at a most reasonable price. More

Recently spent seven hours in the Service Department waiting for an oil change, tire change, and steering wheel heater installment. Given the length of time spent, I couldn't help but listen and observe Joey and Gary consistently handle customers with kindness, respect, and repeatedly demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience - they know their business! For me, dealing with cars and service is uncomfortable and sometimes intimidating, and Joey and Gary took all the trepidation and unease out of the situation, and for that I am grateful. For as long as I own a Buick, Autonation in Golden will have my business. To Joey and Gary, thank you for your kindness and appreciate the positive, albeit lengthy, experience. More
