The overall buying experience with this dealership was not terrible by any means but the communication could have been better. Shady. Hid key issues pertaining to the vehicle. After being told the truck went through a 120 point inspection process with any identified issues being add Hid key issues pertaining to the vehicle. After being told the truck went through a 120 point inspection process with any identified issues being addressed, I asked to see the report. Apparently this is not the norm - which surprised me. I was able to get the report. The report shows what they found, and what they did to fix it. Inthe case of this truck, there was a significant suspension issue listed that would have directly impacted safety - but the report did not show a fix or resolution. The salesman said it was fixed. Perfect - show me, 30 minutes late it came back that it was not fixed and was just a wear issue. Not acceptable. I forced the sales manager to provide in writing that the wear was in line with the trucks mileage, and if it was found out not to be, they would fix it. This was almost an hour of back and forth. It completely ruined the buying experience. I was there for FIVE hours. FInancing: The sales rep told me that with good credit we should be at 5.5-6.5%. You webpage even uses 6.8 as the benchmark. I have perfect credit (820), and was only able to get 7.94 - and that was after "shopping us around". The salesman (and your webpage) had no clue. Financing: Being tht I do this for a living, I was able to cut through the xx sales pitches pretty quick - I knew what I wanted in terms of payment, term and warranty and was able to get it it pretty close. Then the kicker - I FINALLY go to leave and I get handed a key. ONE key. The salesman says "thats all we have" This was NEVER disclosed. That is an addition 400.00 expense!!! The finance guy said he would look into trying to get me a discount. Not holding my breath. Then, as I was driving home something didnt seem right on the dash. Sure enough, the backlighting was out on several of the HVAC controls. The 120 point inspection CLEARLY states they are all working! So, that now has me wondering what else was runner stamped on this "inspection" report and not actually checked. There's ANOTHER 500 out of my pocket. I dropped 50k on this truck. Yet the experience was akin to buying a 1500 car from a guy in a plaid jacket in the bad part of town. I am a car guy. I knew what questions to ask. I can even imagine what this dealership does to those who don't. So, are you going to make this right, get me my key and fix the "inspected" HVAC panel? I think we both know the answer to that....... What a joke. More
