In my opinion, I didn’t receive a fair value for my trade in. The vehicle we were considering did not have some features we were looking for including Navigation. Our salesperson went into his office and ret in. The vehicle we were considering did not have some features we were looking for including Navigation. Our salesperson went into his office and returned stating that there were no other vehicles like the one we were considering that had navigation in the Denver area and none on the way. They spent an enormous amount of time convincing us that navigation was outdated because we could use our smartphone and didn’t even need a wire. What they didn’t tell us is that if you don’t have cell service, you don’t have navigation. Do I need to go further to explain my embarrassment and disgust with this dealership. My embarrassment is that I let this happen. More
