If I could leave 1 star I would. We brought our GMC in for a 45,000 mile service. I chose the comprehensive service (Close to $1,000). Service was on a Friday. I assumed this would take a while and I ASKED if it was possible to pick up my car the next day. I was told yes that was fine. We picked up the car on Saturday. Driving it the next few days we noticed that it pulled to the right. Since there was supposed to be an alignment done with the service we called back and the techs said they could fix it on Friday. This time I SAID I needed the car back by Saturday as I did not have someone to give me a ride to pick up the car at any other time. I was told this was fine. When we picked up the car on Saturday, my husband was informed that the Alignment issue was OUR FAULT. He was told since we DEMANDED to have the car back in 1 day originally, that the techs did not have enough time to do the proper alignment, they did it on the rack. We were charged for alignment. And my husband was told that Autonation was graciously NOT going to charge us to fix the problem. So Autonation charges you for the work, does NOT do the work, then blames you and wants you to be grateful that they did not charge you AGAIN to fix their problem. Never going back. More

Went in for a wheel alignment, was called by Joey who informed me there's $2300 worth of suspension repairs - ball joints, tie rods, control arm and a transmission oil change and rear brakes that needed informed me there's $2300 worth of suspension repairs - ball joints, tie rods, control arm and a transmission oil change and rear brakes that needed pads and a flush. I maintain my truck fairly well. Picked the truck up and left in a hurry. Funny, went to 4 Wheel Parts and they did the alignment with no other issues. I even asked them to check the front end suspension and steering components. All good. Soooo...you decide if this GMC service center is the place to go. The old staff were pros. Not any more. More
First time to this dealership. Truck had a recall. They found the recall, provided the service in the time promised, checked the truck for any other issues. Friendly, professional, timely service. Very knowledgeable and professional. We traded with Christine Gee treated us very good and knew everything about the new Yukon we purchased from her. She even took the time to go on a test drive with us and explained all of the options and how they worked. Being from a small town out of State she made the deal easier than I expected. Also they were very fair on my trade price. Highly recommend Christine she can also give you great restaurant recommendations LOL. They also have a great service department we spent the night at the motel woke up next morning in a snowstorm to realize there was no key for the wheel locks went back to the dealership and Harry in service immediately pulled it in help to search for the key but couldn’t find. So between Harry, Christine and a few other people they had new wheel locks on and had us out in less than an hour with a smile on everyone’s face. Thanks from Nebraska More

Working with Salesman Skyler Anderson and Sales Manager, Tommie Poole, I was able to place an order for the vehicle of my choice. On Jan. 15, 2022 I was fortunate enough to take delivery of the vehicle I ordered. I was extremely pleased and happy the vehicle came in. Skyler Anderson stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Thanks to the sales team for all there efforts in making this happen even during the chip shortage. Great team to work with. More
