I was delighted to have the Service Representative present, listening, and assisting in making suggestions for the maintenance of my car. The work done was timely. The cost was as expected. Joey was very friendly, informative, & thorough! I was half an hour early for my appointment. They got my car in early also & finished in record time. I was sent a video of the underside of the car. Joey explained everything that was done. He had the car washed for me which was a first & was much appreciated. It saved me an extra stop on my trip down to the big city from my mountain home! I met the service manager Gary. He was pleasant also. He verified an important detail for me. I have dealt with this dealership since 2018. I am very happy with them. Even if you have a problem they step up & fix it! I will be returning here of course. More
