The staff was very kind and patient. I believe everything is negotiable in life, but according to the “pay what’s on the sticker” policy, that isn’t true at AutoNation. Service agent was super pleasant and helpful. Oil change and tire rotation took hour and a half plus additional 15 minutes for bill to be ready.
