ARMANDO xxxxx IS ABOUT THE WORST SERVICE ADVISOR I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH SINCE I STARTED DRIVING A VEHICLE. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME AT YOUR SERVICE CENTER. I MARKED 4 OF YOUR QUESTIONS BELOW AS VERY POOR. NO MARKS LOWER THEN VERY POOR. ARMANDO HAD SOME PRETTY GOOD EXCUSES, I HAD NEVER BEED LIED TO SO MANY TIMES. It is frustrating that, even with an appointment, you have to put your car "in line" to have major service done; i.e., a service queue, which is not convenient for a single-car household. This would have have to put your car "in line" to have major service done; i.e., a service queue, which is not convenient for a single-car household. This would have resulted in hundreds of $$ in rental car expense having to be incurred. That being said, I found out that is a GMC policy, not the dealer's. GMC needs to rethink this policy. You should be able to bring your car in on the day the repairs are to commence, not pay for a rental while your car sits idle in their garage for days. Once I made contact with Mike, the service manager, he was able to get my vehicle repaired in a very timely manner w/o the added rental car expense. So I give my local dealer 5 stars and national GMC 3 stars. More
