I feel more attention is needed upon arrival as I felt a little bit like it was a bothersome. It appeared one person was running around helping others while others sat inside office at their desks and one l little bit like it was a bothersome. When I picked up vehicle the tire with brake fluid was still dirty after they washed as well as we were missing a lug nut. I even question the inspection points not feeling confident in the service. Would really like to see accountability and more valued customer service. More

I was very disappointed on how long it took. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and it took over 2 hours. Yes 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. I also discovered later tha I had an appointment to get my oil changed and it took over 2 hours. Yes 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. I also discovered later that when they removed the oil filter they ended up dumping the whole contents over my engine. I had a pool of oil on the block and the whole underneath dripping with oil. I initially thought I had an oil leak when I took it home and then realized what had happened. I now have to clean the mess it created on my garage floor and my vehicle. More
