Courteous, friendly and fast same day service on my Buick. Bad battery replaced with Lifetime Battery. Had full service done. Had my vehicle for 2 days, couldn't diagnose the problem. Didn't appear they tried very hard to find the problem, at least they didn't charge me for anything. We have been coming to this dealership for many years. They have always been very helpful with our cars. This time, my Yukon needed an airbag replaced.. Larry, my service person, was very helpful and They have always been very helpful with our cars. This time, my Yukon needed an airbag replaced.. Larry, my service person, was very helpful and showed me to the very pleasant waiting area while they replaced it. I was prepared for a long wait, but they replaced it faster than I expected… Larry also took a nice video of my car, gave me the results of the multipoint inspection (it passed)and had my car washed. It was a much easier experience than I had anticipated. Thank you More

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit with this service department. We brought our Enclave in to investigate a seep leak in the transmission housing. The technicians were quick to locate the problem howeve department. We brought our Enclave in to investigate a seep leak in the transmission housing. The technicians were quick to locate the problem however, our service rep stated a transmission appointment was at least 2 to 3 weeks out. While the seep leak was not an immediate concern, we were directed to contact another Buick GMC dealer who could service our vehicle within a week. Being sent to a competitor - definitely putting the customer concerns first! More

So car needed a dash board part, so after quoted & told that my diagnostic charge would go toward the cost of the part installation, I agreed. was told the part would take 7-10days. I believe the guy never ordered it until I called to follow up! Then after making a scheduled time appt. for the installation, I was told it was about a 30 minute job. My car wasn't done for 4 1/2 hours, (with the appointment)!! WTH!! Then went to pay the quoted price & was charged nearly double!!! When asked why, I got this double talk xxxxxxxx ... well it took longer, & we're not even charging you for the part...yada yada............ If they weren't charging me for the part, (that was quoted at half that) & I had a diagnostic charge that was suppose to be applied, then how to xxxx do I end up paying Double!!!! I'm so over these guys!!! I WON'T go back to them EVER!!!! More
