The service advisor was very helpful with my car needs and explained each detail that I needed. He was also patient. Gave me updates of my car and asked me if I needed anything while I wait. and explained each detail that I needed. He was also patient. Autonation GMC in Lone Tree was helpful and went above and beyond to help my situation with an issue that left me stranded while two other GMC dealers and GMC customer service left me without answers or e and beyond to help my situation with an issue that left me stranded while two other GMC dealers and GMC customer service left me without answers or explanation. I much like others are tired of useless employees and runaround non answers while being left I helped and pissed off. If it was not for this dealers service department I would not have purchased multiple $90K GMC trucks. Your purchase happens once but the service to your vehicle no matter the price is a continuous need and that is what determines what and where I purchase anything. More
Jake was very helpful and professional. The service was great and done in a about an hour. I will definitely have my truck serviced here in the future. The service was great and done in a about an hour. I will definitely have my truck serviced here in the future. More
The dealer did the work I requested but not within the amount of time I had agreed on. My service advisor, was able to get me a loaner until the work was completed. amount of time I had agreed on. My service advisor, was able to get me a loaner until the work was completed. More
Originally had scheduled battery replacement for tomorrow. However; the battery died last Friday. Had to get a jump. Once I did, l went straight to the dealership and they were able to replace it tomorrow. However; the battery died last Friday. Had to get a jump. My new 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 had a cooling system problem with fewer than 6,000 miles. I scheduled an appointment online and took the truck to the dealership quickly. When I arrived, I spoke to the Assistant with fewer than 6,000 miles. I scheduled an appointment online and took the truck to the dealership quickly. When I arrived, I spoke to the Assistant Service Manager who helped me get the service order input. He didn’t do a great job at explaining the service process or setting my expectations about the time for repair. He promised to contact me later in the day with an update, but didn’t. I called him and he informed me that the vehicle would not be ready for two days. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, he said the dealership had 6 loaner cars and they were all booked out. He couldn’t give me any other option for how to deal with my loss of a vehicle for a total of 3 days. On the day of pickup, I received a text message with a video showing the repair was underway. The message didn’t include any other information…such as an ETA for completion. I called the dealership and found out the ASM who was helping me was off for the day. It was around 2PM on a Friday when I was told to come pick up the truck. The dealership has a shuttle service available M-F from 8AM to 2PM. If your repair isn’t complete before 2PM, getting to the dealership is on you. I took an Uber to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The guy who helped me was friendly and quick, but didn’t appear to have easy access to the status of my vehicle and had to ask his manager for help. Overall, I am not happy about the experience I had with this dealership. If my $100K vehicle breaks down, I should be given a loaner. Period. I should not have to call the dealership for updates. They should over-communicate with me. They should set expectations and deliver. More
