We bought a new Encore GX in June and returned in July for an instruction review of the systems. Our salesman was not there but Mr. Daniel Bernhardt came to our rescue. Purchase a new GMC AT4. Service will not answer the phone after three months of calls to schedule. Get sent to the call center, and call center cannot reach dealership.
