My husband and I would like to highly recommend Sam Johnson 3rd as an honest man to help you find your car at this dealership. My husband and I have never met a car salesman more knowledgeable about h Johnson 3rd as an honest man to help you find your car at this dealership. My husband and I have never met a car salesman more knowledgeable about his product. Sam answered all our questions about the vehicle. Sam is also very patient, as we were deciding about our trade in of our truck. After our purchase Sam took the time to sit with us and teach us about our new car. We felt very comfortable with Sam during this process as someone we could trust with a big decision/purchase. Thanks Sam!!! More
Eugene was very helpful through the entire experience. Having much experience purchasing new GM vehicles and being employed by GM for 35 years, I have shortened procedures I like to follow. This is met Having much experience purchasing new GM vehicles and being employed by GM for 35 years, I have shortened procedures I like to follow. This is met with reluctance or refusal at most dealerships. Eugene happily complies. Excellent job Eugene! On a different matter regarding dealership management (not Eugene), why couldn't I drive my own vehicle to Ft. Collins to pick up my new truck. Some age discrimination going on? Answer from management please. Art McMillan More
Shawn Strain, a salesman at the dealership, had been calling me for 2 months asking “for the opportunity earn my business.” A week ago Saturday, my wife and I spent the better part of the afternoon wor calling me for 2 months asking “for the opportunity earn my business.” A week ago Saturday, my wife and I spent the better part of the afternoon working out a deal on a used Terrain. At the beginning of the conversation I told Shawn that I wanted to use a specific local credit union for the financing. The paperwork was incredibly slow moving, and we finally had to leave late in the evening, but agreed to return on Monday to take delivery of the vehicle after some scratches had been repaired. During the day on Monday I spoke directly with my preferred credit union and was provided a rate lower than the one quoted by sales person. Obviously the dealer was using its own lenders to get kickback, which would be fine if they were getting me a lower rate, but they weren’t. I tried talking to the finance manager, Bob Chapman, over the phone and he tried to tell me that the dealer doesn’t get any financing incentives. He also told me that, because my wife had her parents name on the title to our trade in, “Colorado law REQUIRES that they come in and sign the title in front of him or that the signatures on the title be notarized.” I asked him what authority he was relying on and he was not able to cite a statute or a regulation because NEITHER of those statements is true (As confirmed by both an attorney and a call to the DMV). Despite our reservations about the integrity of the dealer, we went to the dealership on Monday night as agreed to finalize the deal. Upon arrival we noticed that the paint job on the scratches had dripped, and the paint run ad dried in a noticeable bulge. Upon further examination under better light we noticed additional hail damage that not been disclosed to us and significantly impacted the value of the vehicle. When talking to the sales manager, Jeff Zeiter, about the hail damage I explained that, even if the vehicle was repaired the vehicle’s value had decreased because when I sold it I would have to disclose that it had body work done to it. Jeff refused to make any concessions, and when I said this had taken a lot of my time and was inconvenient he said, “Your time isn’t worth anything to me.” Needless to say, my wife and I were more than happy to leave at that point. I honestly cannot remember a time when I was treated so rudely when making a purchase. Under no circumstances will I ever consider doing business with AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows, or any AutoNation dealer. A few takeaways for anyone in the car market: 1) If a dealer is not completely honest and forth coming in small things, it’s a good bet they’re not honest about larger things. 2) A dealer who does not value its customer’s time obviously does not value its own reputation. We are making it a point to encourage EVERYONE we meet to NOT do business with AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows and in particular to not do business with Shawn Strain, Bob Chapman, and Jeff Zeiter. Epilogue: A week later we went to the Don Massey dealer, literally next door, and purchased a better vehicle with more options for less money. This was my second purchase at Don Massey and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. More
My family and I have been customers of GO dealerships for quite some time. We have purchased a total of 5 vehicles thus far from them, 3 specifically from the Park Meadows location and I really would not sho quite some time. We have purchased a total of 5 vehicles thus far from them, 3 specifically from the Park Meadows location and I really would not shop anywhere else. This holiday season my younger brother was in a car wreck that totaled his car. This couldn't have come at a more terrible time. He was just transitioning into a new job, he had finally paid his old car off, it was a very busy holiday season for us and frankly speaking he did not have the best credit. After getting the run around from other dealerships he came to his big sis for advice. I told him you have to meet my car guy (Jason Montgomery). He's absolutely amazing. After purchasing my first car from him, i couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I took him to Jason and my brother was stunned by the level of customer service Jason showed. He went above and beyond the call of duty as he always does. Jason was so knowledgeable about the cars there, he made the process of picking between the diff vehicles much easier. After finding a car that he wanted, my brother thought the difficult part would be to get him financed because of his credit. Needless to say they worked tirelessly with the banks securing the best deal possible. Their offer came back better than what we expected which was nothing short of a Christmas miracle. As my brother says, it was like dealing with family!! You don't feel like you're getting the run around and you leave there feeling like they actually care about helping the customer not just making another sell! The level of service that Jason showed and the rest of the crew at GO GMC is definitely unmatched. I won't shop anywhere else!! Go GMC and particularly Jason Montgomery you have customers for life!!! We went to GO Buick GMC Park Meadows because of the Costco Auto program. Kevin was great, we got a great price, and the entire experience was the best we've ever had when buying a vehicle. Our first Costco Auto program. Kevin was great, we got a great price, and the entire experience was the best we've ever had when buying a vehicle. Our first service visit will happen in a month or so and I'm sure that department will be a good experience also. More
Worst experience ever in trying to purchase a vehicle. Introduced himself as the Sales Manager, but with his personality rude demeanor that should not be his title. Introduced himself as the Sales Manager, but with his personality rude demeanor that should not be his title. More

Bryan was beyond patient, putting up with multiple visits, hours of questions and multiple test drives before I could make a decision. When I did finally make my purchasing decision the whole staff went out of their way to make sure I understood every aspect of the deal and gave me a full tutorial on the technology features of my new buick. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely be a return customer when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle. More
To Whom It May Concern, We are the Olson's and we To Whom It May Concern, We are the Olson's and we purchased a used vehicle in late September 2012. Our salesman was Bryan Curtis and we were surpris To Whom It May Concern, We are the Olson's and we purchased a used vehicle in late September 2012. Our salesman was Bryan Curtis and we were surprised when we arrived that we were not swamped by salesman like most dealerships. We found our salesman Bryan and he asked us our needs in our next vehicle. After learning our expectations and limitations he showed us several vehicles suiting our needs. We ended up with a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL which we are very pleased to own. The staff involved were very accomodating considering we have two very young children and they made the process comfortable. They made sure the kids had snacks and something to drink as it was a long day for them. Thank you to GO GMC Buick in Park Meadows and thanks to Bryan Curtis for answering several call back supplemental questions in the following days that I had. We also dealt with Mike Clark and the service manager in the service department and they were both friendly and wonderful and took care of us to the fullest. The staff at Go GMC Buick is wonderful and we can't wait to do business with them again!! Sincerely, The Olsons More
