Great experience at this dealer. Salesman (tj) was great. Only complaint was it took way too long at dealership to complete the deal. Also the finance manager tried to sell me the ext warranty. I inquired about a truck seen on cargurus. I got a response email from a sales person and a manager . I then asked for pictures of the vehicle as the add only had a generic photo. I was told they would send them soon. days past never got photos. then when I asked again I was told the vehicle has been sent in for repairs but that I would be sent photos as soon as it was out of the service dept. still never reviewed photos. I also asked what the extent of the repairs were. didn't get a response on that either. I live more than an hour from the dealership and cannot justify a trip to look at a vehicle without answers to my questions and pictures to be sure I even want to pursue it further. overall I'm not impressed. More

The people at their service department didn’t know how to talk to customers. Larry, one of the service person was rude and transferred me to a different service person when he was the one dealing with my iss talk to customers. Larry, one of the service person was rude and transferred me to a different service person when he was the one dealing with my issue when we took our car for an oil change that ended up having more issues. Our car was just supposed to have an oil change but as soon as we left the dealership, it started smoking. So they charge us for repair worth $420. It was just a simple oil change that they have to keep the car longer and us paying more. If I didn’t get upset, they would hold my car longer and still not figure out what the problem. To make the story short, they are not nice people on how they talk to you, especially Larry. I bought 2 of our vehicles at this dealership and their service department used to be great, but they don’t work there anymore. I will never take my car to this dealership anymore nor even go back to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Very bad customer service More

I moved away from the tech center area but still drive 30 miles to Autonation for all of my GMC service. Even an oil change. The sales technician (Joevanni Sotelo),was fantastic... Positive aditude, friendly voice,s to want us to be there... everything went well, until we we met with Nick the financial technician. He tried to convince us to add on a warranty that we didn't want. We kept saying no, but he kept pressing. Talking fast, and moving papers around without offering time to explain, or ask questions. We finally gave in... But upon further research found out, that we did not need that warranty at all. We asked him to remove it, and finally had to hold back our proof of insurance and down payment check, in order to get him to take it off. When we arrived at the Dealer to pick up our car, and sign the new corrected forms... Nick made it known that he was squeezing us in, as if it was a great inconvenience for him, and a great favor for us... We drove two hours to pick up our car, and yet he was very brief and to the point, and almost pouty... All because we finally said no, and meant it... No means NO folks! The first time, and the fifth time... Otherwise, we would have rated this dealership higher!! More

The test drive was probably longer than most but it allowed me to assimilate how the product features worked and gave me time to evaluate whether or not the product fit my needs. Isn't that what salesmanship is about, meeting the customer needs. However, the dealership needs more flexibility on negotiating. The deal was almost lost for less than $100.00. The art of negotiation is giving the customer the allusion of control and making the customer perceive the customer has made the best deal rather making the customer feel like take it or leave situation. To potentially lose a $25,000 sales over less than a $100 is just poor brinkmanship. More
