My first three or four experiences with this service department were awful. I addressed my concerns with Mark Perry, who I felt listened and heard me. My last two service appointments have been with P department were awful. I addressed my concerns with Mark Perry, who I felt listened and heard me. My last two service appointments have been with Payton as the service technician, and she has been absolutely phenomenal. She is responsive, thorough, and follows through with everything she says. She kept me informed every step of the way and would routinely update me on status of repairs. Dealing with Payton after dealing with others who were less than professional (poor follow through, poor customer service, and quite frankly, rude) has made all the difference in the world. I will say that after lengthy discussion(s) with Mark, he asked me to inform him of my next service appointment. I did so. He informed me that he was going to be out of town during my visit but that he would let the service manager know I was coming and that he (Mark) would follow up with me upon his return trip to find out how my service appointment went, but that did not happen. I did not hear from Mark. That was disappointing but I do feel like he heard my concerns when we did converse. If it weren't for Payton, I would not be brining my vehicle there for service. Payton should be recognized for going above and beyond to care for her customers - something I've not experienced prior to her arrival at this dealership. All service techs there need to take notes from her. Payton is the exception to the rule at this service department and without her, I would not be going there for service. Thank you, Payton, for restoring my faith in outstanding customer service. More

Initial experience was great, then i was led to believe(not promised) that more repairs would be made to the vehicle than were actually done. After taking position of the vehicle there are items ch believe(not promised) that more repairs would be made to the vehicle than were actually done. After taking position of the vehicle there are items checked off on their inspection as being good but are clearly bad and need replaced, such as air filter housing being completely lined with grease, ball joints worn out and missing a speaker in one of the doors and radio doesnt work properly. Then when filling out paperwork they took me to a back office and spent 20 minutes trying to talk me into a protrction plan which i clearly stated i was not interested in. I was paying cash and adamant tgat i wasnt financing anything. More
