The service department at this Autonation store has been subpar since our 1st service. We found our 21 Acadia needed additional service under warranty in January of 22 after a routine service appointment. A subpar since our 1st service. After that fateful appointment, I have returned 5 additional times to rectify the issue. Now it is June of 22 and we have no new information, no additional contact, no plan for the future of our service needs. I would like to specify this is only for the service department, not sales. The sales team was absolutely wonderful when we originally purchased. More
