For years we have dealt with Melissa Knudson at Auto Nation and have always received excellent service. This was especially important in 2022 when our lease was up but we could not find a 2022 Buick Enc Nation and have always received excellent service. This was especially important in 2022 when our lease was up but we could not find a 2022 Buick Enclave to lease since none came fully equipped with all of the options we wanted due to the chip shortage. Anything we ordered would require "retrofitting" some options at a later date by the dealership once the chips/parts were available. Melissa kept us fully informed of all of the alternatives available to us at the end of our lease and helped us through the purchase of our 2019 Enclave at the end of the lease. If GM ever gets their act together and starts manufacturing fully equipped cars again we will definitely return to Melissa for a future lease/purchase. More

No one contacted me, I finally contacted them and they stated I owed them money!!! How would I leave the car dealership with my car and go months with no contact but owe money?? With this I was treated rudely when I called. They could not figure out my address? After months and so the taxes were not right? I am in tears by now. No apology no caring at all. I purchased a used Ram and was told the old owner would bring in the other key and they’d let me know when it came in. I emailed several times and several people and never received a key. I asked my credit unionist the following day and they said the dealership never even applied for me there. Sad stuff. Beware, they are shady. I’ll never go back! More
