Left damages on my vehicle and opposed to properly fixing it they decided to buff what they can and leave behind most of the damages. 15K service, I appreciated receiving the videos and narration provided by the service technician; showing the underside of my vehicle, his review of what he observed, old parts being replaced and expla narration provided by the service technician; showing the underside of my vehicle, his review of what he observed, old parts being replaced and explanation of cleaning agents & additives that were use on/in my vehicle.
