OMG the loan assignment was frustrating, time consuming, confusing and still unsatisfying. Our loan was assigned to Bellco. The first contact we had was an email telling us our payment, due date and how to make a payment. I called and asked for some verification. They didn't know what to do with that statement. I asked for a paper or email statement of loan amount, payment, due date, etc. Didn't know how to do that. I finally gathered my patience and called back several days later. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I found out I needed a membership (you guys set it up but never notified us about who had our loan or that you had set up a membership). Then to set up an auto pay from checking account at another bank took a live person walking us through finding the right form and finalizing it. Asked if we would be getting a monthly statement to verify that the payment had in fact been made and processed, well she tried to do it but isn't sure if we will get a statement. Asked how I can see my account-total loan amount, payments and interest. Now we had to set up "online banking". The girl who had helped up to this point couldn't figure out how to set it up so she sent us to "online banking'. Online banking was having trouble getting us to the sign up page so I searched around with clues from her and found it. WE FINALLY GOT SIGNED UP!!!! Went in to see account. It shows $5 in savings, shows the total of our account and as of yet, no payments. Asked, "What interest are we paying?" "Well I don't know. Most car loans are --%. I would have to send you to accounting to get that answer." FOR THE LOVE OF GOD--FORGET IT!!!! I will just check my "online account" monthly and hopefully pay this off real fast! Why did we not get any notification of who would have our loan??? In this case it would not helped a lot except that I would not have doubted or expected Bellco to be trying to scam me. More

I bought a 2016 xc90 Volvo at park meadows autonation, first the gave it to me unfinished, I was ok with that. the next day check engine and a lot of codes shown, I took it back, wanted my money back but first the gave it to me unfinished, I was ok with that. the next day check engine and a lot of codes shown, I took it back, wanted my money back but they offer to fix it, they took it (general manager helped me with all this)“they fixed it” but by the time I picked up and turn it on, the check engine again. Texted them and email them and no answer, still waiting when will they fix everything they needed it and now I check The engine and figure that the engine mount is bad and the engine moves every time, causing the air filter hose to crack and cause all the issues that were shown on the codes, besides that there was a litter missing on the engine they they never refill it (they said they always change the oil on user cars) This is the worst experience with all automations, I have bought 3 cars from them so far and always had issues with them but not like this. I would definitely not recommend buying a used car from them cause their “inspections” of 130 points are useless. Try different dealer on user cars More
