We went in to have chip’s installed on a vehicle we purchased 6 months ago. While he was writing the ticket, he started inspecting the tires, walking around the vehicle and asked us how the wipers were purchased 6 months ago. When you go in for a “free” oil change, they always try to up sell us for $60 wipers, tires, alignment, etc. Never again will we go there for service even for recalls and warranty work. I know they feel obligated to do that but some people can’t say no, like a spouse. More

Every person was respectful, welcoming and really went above and beyond. We will be back in the future with any car needs we have and plan to go to the dealership for all service needs. We have two GMC’s now and honestly think we have found a dealership that we will go to for all our needs. I am sure all the sales people are amazing, but Jason Montgomery, he is amazing!!!!! He took the time with me to go through every option and button on my Yukon. I can’t express how important that was to me. When driving off the lot I felt comfortable knowing how to work everything, which I have never had any dealership do so I appreciated the extra time he took to help me and make sure I felt comfortable. Also a shout out to Ali is in order, he was awesome too! More

I'll give you a 4 star for the dealership, but need to do a 1 star on the service I had last Friday. I specifically asked to have an oil change and for someone to look at the trailer hitch lights that do no a 1 star on the service I had last Friday. I specifically asked to have an oil change and for someone to look at the trailer hitch lights that do not work. Got there and the trailer hitch lights couldn't be looked at as it had to go/be scheduled with the mechanic. Why wasn't that in the schedule? So did not have time scheduled to leave the vehicle there so did not do that. Then they call me while I was waiting, and recommended to change the cabin and engine air filter. Asking how much they quoted $185.00 - for two filters!? declined and went to your parts window and got them for $107.00. Should have bought them at O'Reillys as they both would have cost $60.00. Did the work myself the next day, and the stop cord was not rehooked to the glove box, torx screw was missing from the filter cover, and the seat was still in the far back position. Seemed apparent that whoever checked the cabin air filter was upset that I did not have them replace it and threw it back together. The engine filter was deformed at the small angled in - again hastily thrown together when replacement was declined. Suggestion: it is normal for an oil change to have the air filter(s) recommended to be changed. Maybe tell that to the customer with a price before they leave the desk. You would not have to take the time to remove and replace the old ones if service is declined. And I would like a replacement screw for the cabin filter cover. More
