We brought our car in to have the water pump replaced. What should be a 3 to 4 hour job turned into a 7 day project. The assistant manager Andy said our extended warranty would cover 10 days for a rental. What should be a 3 to 4 hour job turned into a 7 day project. Well when everything was done we were told only 3 days of the rental was covered and the rest is our responsibility. Andy didn't seem to care that he lied to us and we ended up having to pay way more than expected. More

I couldn’t believe how bad the service was here. My car was there for a month. For a warranty check and to check the ac. They lost my key to my car, then didn’t even tell me until I called to check My car was there for a month. For a warranty check and to check the ac. The worst I have ever had from any dealership in my life. I had to get the store GM involved to help move things along. I will not be going back to this place. I am thankful that the GM was great! I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. The quality of service has diminished in my opinion. I went in for a routine Oil change. After my service was complete I brought my vehicle home and The quality of service has diminished in my opinion. I went in for a routine Oil change. After my service was complete I brought my vehicle home and performed a self inspection. I checked for leaks and to make sure everything was tight. IT WAS NOT. My oil drain plug was finger tight and already begun to drip oil 20 minutes after I brought it home. I am really disappointed and will not recommend this dealership service department. More
