AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson - Service Center

I’ve been a customer since May 31st 2021 and i have to honestly say that im NOT a Satisfied Customer. My vehicle has been back for Service countless times and when it does get serviced it takes a week up honestly say that im NOT a Satisfied Customer. My vehicle has been back for Service countless times and when it does get serviced it takes a week up to a month to get my vehicle back meanwhile I have to miss work which causes me to miss money only to have to turn around and pay for maintenance that should actually be covered under my warranty that I’ve purchased. The gag to the warranty is “the deductible”. I’m just ready to pay off my vehicle so me and AutoNation Buick GMC can part ways. Signed a sad customer More

Denise in service always does a fantastic job. She is respectful and responsive. I needed a new key fob, as the one I had quit unlocking the doors. My last appointment at Auto Nation with my service rep Kenny, was great. He was very friendly and very helpful. What a pleasant experience. I moved here in April and have received mail from AutoNation with coupons, so when I needed and oil change I called them. I then received an email I moved here in April and have received mail from AutoNation with coupons, so when I needed and oil change I called them. I then received an email confirming my appointment and was told Denise was my contact person. Denise was friendly, professional and very efficient. The Buick GMC in Henderson is impressive. Denise met with me and explained which coupon was the best for me to use. She then walked me to a large waiting area complete with refreshments and TV. (And...the cleanest bathrooms I have seen.) The service department texted me a photo of the underneath of my car to assure me everything was clean, with no leaks. After they changed the oil and lubed my car they made a record of condition which would have alerted me if anything else was required. Then they washed and hand wiped my car. When they were finished, Denise texted me and said I could return to her office to pick up my keys. She explained the paper work and was also my cashier. I did not have to go wait in line somewhere else. How easy . Being new to the area, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the consideration of AutoNation reaching out to me to advise me of their service. I feel now I have someone I can trust to service my car. A great experience. More
