very happy with AutoNation Buick GMC and Denise is a grate service advisor. I'm starting to get concerned about the quality of the workmanship coming out of the shop. over that past couple years I've grate service advisor. Took my 2016 Cascada in for service yesterday due to a squealing sound I thought it was a defective serpentine belt. I was advised that it was the PCV valve assembly, and not a defective belt. They did not have the parts to facilitate the repair. They ordered the parts. I asked TWICE if I could safely continue to drive the vehicle prior to repair. They stated "YES". An hour later, both the check engine, and skid alert warning lights illuminated. I am afraid to drive the vehicle. This is Friday, and the part will not be delivered until Monday.
