They damaged my vehicle. They lied to me about nearly 3k in repairs that my vehicle did not need, then to add icing to that cake they damaged my shifter cables to the point th They lied to me about nearly 3k in repairs that my vehicle did not need, then to add icing to that cake they damaged my shifter cables to the point that my Yukon Denali could not be put into drive. They asked if we ever had that problem before and we had not. So, rather than offer to fix this new problem that mysteriously occurred while they had custody of my vehicle, they decided to offer me 100.00 dollars off on a repair of the shifter cables, which were going to add just shy of 700 dollars to the total. We had the vehicle towed to another mechanic who fixed the stretched out shifter cables for half the quoted price and also ran diagnostic on the motor mounts and control arms. Turns out they were not actually in need of repair. You've been warned. More
Overcharged for repair by 60% ($500 too much) for repair. While on golf vacation in Vegas engine light came on and stayed on on my GMC Sierra. Since we were driving back to Northern Utah the next morning, I told the service rep to make the minimum repair necessary that would get us back home safely and I would have any remaining repairs at my home dealer. Got a call on the golf course saying some of the spark plugs were miss firing and automation gmc Henderson recommended replacing all plugs and wires and also service the whole fuel system. How much I asked, $1,250?!#*. I said don’t do the fuel system thinking that was at least half the cost. Service department was closed when I picked up the car but a bill for $952 was waiting for me. When I got home I got quote for plugs and wires from the GMC dealer in our city and it was $444, $500 less than auto rip’em off nation GMC. If you are thinking about doing business with them DON’T! More
Terrible customer service My car shut off while I was driving down the road. I wasnt able to turn the wheel or give it gas. I was lucky that I was going slow and I was able to muscle the steering wheel to the side of the road where I could shut the car off and restart it. I took it in and the service person that I had to deal with was very rude, she kept talk down to me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Then I was called later that day saying that they looked at the car and there were no codes and they couldn't replicate the problem so I needed to come pick up my car. I do not feel safe driving my kids around in a car that shuts off randomly and they said they cant do anything to help me.... More

Service Department is incompetent. Went online and scheduled an appointment. Brought car in, and within 1/2 hour get call that they can't get to the car today. Maybe tomorrow. How about someone who calls you and says "hey we're backed up, would it possible for you to bring your car tomorrow?" Or, next best: I'm sorry you had to drive in, we weren't able to reach you in time, we'll unable to get to your car today". The truly sucky moron place you should avoid at all cost is the place that takes your car - and before you make it home they call and tell you they won't be working on your car.....because it's sooooo easy to get along in vegas without a car for days.
