Every time I get service here there is an issue. This time I believe what happened was an attempt at unnecessary repair. Four days before I brought my truck in for a lube oil filter, I replaced my cabin time I believe what happened was an attempt at unnecessary repair. Four days before I brought my truck in for a lube oil filter, I replaced my cabin filter and engine air filter. When I received a call from my the service advisor recommending replacing both filters as they were borderline. I told him they were just replaced by me, the tech absolutely could not have looked at those filters. Additionally I do not understand the 12% shop charge that is arbitrarily added to a bill. I really like my truck, but do not want to do business with this dealership. Very unhappy, looking forward to replacing my truck with another manufacturer More

Horrible experience! My time was not valued! I completed everything I needed to get my vehicle on Saturday but they had an interior piece that was needed so the car would not be ready until Monday...that wa everything I needed to get my vehicle on Saturday but they had an interior piece that was needed so the car would not be ready until Monday...that was perfectly fine! Monday rolls around and my sales guy Nate! (Only positive part of this experience) told me the vehicle was ready come sign and pick it up. I head over after work and they need my insurance...no problem...I am one of two guests in the building and waited an hour and a half to go to finance (the other person did not purchase a vehicle) Finally get to finance and the finance manager and the finance director proceed to tell me the only way I can get my bank approval is if I purchase an overpriced warranty! After going back and forth for a good 30 mins and involving multiple people they settle on the payment I agreed on. I sign and get ready to pay my down payment and the machine is down. They ask me to go get cash and I go to multiple places due to my bank only letting me take out a certain amount...after paying fees and coming back they tell me the system is down and now they can't take the cash! Waste of my time, money and a 45 minute drive! This situation was handled poorly and I would recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere! More
