I have always had a great experience at AutoNation in the service department. Denise has helped me both times that I have been in. She has gone out of her way to see to it that everything I need is taken car service department. Denise has helped me both times that I have been in. I have to wait in the waiting room as I do not have a ride so they always make sure to let me know just how long it is going to be and to see if I need anything. More

I paid cash and they held my vehicle origination form hostage for over a month. As well as a refund for service not preformed. I was working with 4 people in upper management. The service department is hostage for over a month. As well as a refund for service not preformed. I was working with 4 people in upper management. The service department is not any better, I had scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, my vehicle sat there 2 days before the even opened the hood. I had to call the service manager 6 times, without a single call back. I still have to go back agin, because i have a factor defect that they cannot figure out. More

I brought my Sierra in for service to service my drivers door mirror because the motor when out. Ms.Denise was very helpful and took my truck in right away. The only problem that I had was that I have a ext door mirror because the motor when out. Ms.Denise was very helpful and took my truck in right away. The only problem that I had was that I have a extended warranty to get the service done with my deductible which is fine but I was told by Ms. Denise that the warranty did not cover the cost for cosmetic work that needed to be done when the mirror was taken off and the parts would break. I didn’t agree with that but had to pay the extra cost because of that. Ms. Denise is the best service writer that I had for service. More
